Grosvenor House Hotel in London and the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, joined the Marriott International portfolio under lease agreements with the Royal Bank of Scotland

* Grosvenor House Hotel in London and the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, joined the Marriott International portfolio under lease agreements with the Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2007, after extensive restorations of both hotels, the Grosvenor House will be converted to the JW Marriott brand and the Shelbourne will become a Renaissance hotel.

Marriott will operate the hotels during the restorations.
