* Sunterra Corp. agreed to sell development land and unsold vacation interests at the Island Links Resort in Hilton Head, S.C., to Trew Holdings LLC. Trew Holdings also will acquire the right to manage the resort, which will continue to be affiliated with Club Sunterra as a component site. Sunterra acquired the Island Links assets when it purchased Epic Resorts in October.
