Pegasus Solutions introduced PegsTour, a service that automates bookings by wholesale travel companies and tour operators with hotel reservation systems. PegsTour will be released in late July. With PegsTour, hotels give tour and wholesale operators electronic access to hotel rates, allocations, room types, tax rates and meal/breakfast plans. Pegasus also signed a hotel-commission processing contract with American Express' European subsidiary, American Express Europe.
