Rambo Enterprises LLC opened an 81-room Microtel Inn in Champaign, Ill.
TownePlace Suites by Marriott opened the 95-suite TownePlace Suites at Taft Corners in Burlington, Vt.
SRS-Worldhotels and Noble House Hotels, Resorts & Hideaways formed a partnership that adds nine U.S. properties to the SRS-Worldhotels group. Noble House will utilize SRS-Worldhotels' technology, connectivity to global markets and its proven customer service record, according to company officials.
Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide formed a marketing partnership with British Airways that allows guests to utilize both companies' frequent use programs.
Summit Hotels & Resorts and Golden Tulip Worldwide signed partnership deals with Air France and American Airlines that allow guest to earn frequent-flyer miles for stays at participating hotels.

Dallas-based Hospitality Management Corp. purchased the 159-room Holiday Inn in Venice, Fla., from a private partnership for $6.2 million. Chicago-based Hotel Source brokered the deal.
Luxe Hospitality Corp. purchased Jarvinen Worldwide Hotels for an undisclosed amount.
Pacifica Hotel Co. purchased the Radisson Beverly Pavilion Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed amount.
Prudential Real Estate Investors sold the 290-room Antlers Doubletree Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo., and the 264-room Grand Junction (Colo.) Hilton to HBE Corp., the parent company of Adam's Mark Hotels, for an undisclosed amount. Sonnenblick-Goldman Co. acted on behalf of the seller.
