* Hyatt Vacation Ownership, a division of Hyatt Hotels Corp., is building its 12th property, the Hyatt Grand Aspen (Colo.) Resort. The property, which is scheduled to open in December 2005, will have 30 three-bedroom units, 19 two-bedroom units and two one-bedroom units. All units that have been released have sold.
