Hallmark plans to promote the pricing structure of its Expressions from Hallmark line during a promotion that will run July 5 to 25. Many of the cards cost less than $1.99. Shoppers can win cash prizes by calling a toll-free number and answering questions about the price of Expressions from Hallmark cards. One lucky caller will win $19,999, and 199 callers will receive $199.
