FTC penalizes NYC's Zoran with care label, fiber violations

>The latest apparel manufacturer to be penalized for alleged violations of the Federal Trade Commission's Care Labeling Rule is New York City-based Zoran Ladicorbic, Ltd. Zoran agreed to pay a $14,000 fine to settle charges that it failed to attach the Federally required care labels to its garments, and that it further violated the fiber content and country-of-origin disclosure requirements of the Federal Textile and Wool Acts.
