NEW YORK -- America Online has stuck another marketing deal. Venator Group's Footlocker.com subsidiary signed a two-year e-commerce and marketing agreement with AOL valued at $21.5 million. According to the deal, Foot Locker, Champs Sports and Eastbay will all receive placement on the Shop@AOL site.

Foot Locker will also become the anchor tenant in the Athletic Shoes & Apparel and Sports & Fitness departments within each of AOL's sites. Footlocker.com operates Eastbay, a sporting goods cataloger, and the on-line businesses of Foot Locker and Champs Sports, which offer more than 17,000 products and 80,000 different skus.
