Vendor News - O'Sullivan Industries Holdings said that a year-long program to install new integrated software systems and new plant equipment moderated financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30. The RTA furniture maker posted net sales of $339.4 million for the 1998 fiscal year, up 5.6% from the year before. Net income for the year was $14.9 million, down 9% from '97.
