Mass is first giftware choice - according to Unity Marketing for The Consumer Market for Gifts and Decorative Accessories report

STEVENS, PA. -- Mass merchants are the channel of choice when it comes to choosing giftware, according to a recent report conducted by Unity Marketing for The Consumer Market for Gifts and Decorative Accessories. Among the 92% of Americans purchasing a gift or decorative accessory item in the past year, 82% did their buying at a mass merchant.

Just 62% made their purchase at a specialty retail store, and only 15% purchased from a mail order catalog.
