Appealing to today's consumer's concerns about the environment, the ad touts the fact that a portion of profits from the store will be pledged to projects promoting clean air and non-polluting energy.

North of Kalkin and Co., is a small home store where the owner can't help but be impressed. "He's got the merchandise today's upscale market wants and he's even got this environmental message ... how the hell can I beat that?"
