Website expansion

Modern Machine Shop, May, 2004

Website Expansion. De-Sta-Co Industries has announced the expansion of its 3D CAD and Configurator library to now include its entire line of automotive clamping and industrial automation products. The expanded library allows engineers to configure their own 3D model from the company's range of clamps, grippers, slides, rotaries, tool changers and feed escapements.

To use the service, customers visit the site, where simple navigation is said to enable easy product selection or the ability to search to find a product. CAD drawings can be downloaded in virtually any CAD language with the ability to zoom, rotate and pan the model outline. Configuration of product options and accessories such as sensors, connectors and manifolds can be added with programmable positioning in 2D or 3D formats. Links to PDF file catalog pages are available for model details and data sheets, saving research and design time. To visit the newly expanded website, visit www.destaco3DCAD.com.
