CNC Machining Center With Choice Of Spindles

The Producer high speed, CNC machining center is designed for production milling, grinding, engraving, drilling, routing and profiling. It is offered with 1, 2 or 3 high speed, liquid cooled, electric spindles, with programmable spindle speeds up to 45,000 rpm. The machine is useful for machining graphite electrodes, ceramic, glass, aluminum, brass and most other types of materials.

Due to the bridge design, linear guide ways, and ultra precision ballscrews, it offers close tolerances and rapid feedrates up to 720 ipm. There are two models to choose from with travels of 20" x 16" x 6", or 40" x 32" x 6" (X, Y, Z). Optional features include an automatic toolchanger, programmable 4th axis rotary table, full enclosure, digitizing and much more.
