If you are on your way to becoming a manufacturing engineer, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Education Foundation has scholarships and fellowships available for you. More than 90 awards totalling $260,000 are available to graduating high school seniors and college undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in manufacturing engineering and related fields. Students must be enrolled or accepted at an accredited institution in the United States or in Canada. The deadline for submissions is February 1, 2001. Interested students should visit the SME Scholarship Pre-qualification form on the SME Web site at www.sme.org/foundation.
