Illinois corrugated company Jet Age Container LLC installs an ISB inline squaring bundler from CEMA Maschinenbau, Albstadt, Germany. The company says it chose the CEMA bundler because it uses the latest method of strapping with the flute, a process that delivers higher quality product and provides a fast machine to operate behind the company's new high-speed mini flexo folder-gluer.

The ISB has automatic inline operation, squaring and strapping in one motion. High throughput speeds allow the machine to square and strap up to 30 bundles per minute. The ISB range includes 12 models for all case sizes and production operations. Eight single head and four dual head stations are available. Options include a strap removal and strap threading system that removes the strap from the machine in applications where bundling is not required, and re-threads the strap automatically when strapping is required again.
