Valco Cincinnati offers an extensive selection of cold glue and hot-melt dispensing equipment and support components. New items include the OT-12 touch screen interface, the MCP-12 control for gluing and the CGS-40 gate sensor for glue pattern inspection. The unit offers data collection abilities and features an auto glue mode that automatically sets pattern length for quick changeover to different product. Valco's BOARDRUNNER[TM] glue station for lap-gluing applications includes the 900-series all-electric glue valve. The 900 valve has a carbide tip plunger and ceramic seat which provide extended service life with less maintenance. The Valco corrugated package also offers non-contact glue stations for specialty folder-gluers, high-pressure and low-pressure valve technology, hot-melt gluing systems, taper machine conversion kits, low-level glue detection, jam prevention systems, tab-trim removal systems, high-speed electronic monitoring systems, diecut registration, electronically-controlled piston pump, pressure-balancing glue regulator and rebuild/exchange/upgrade programs.
