Glue dispensing valves

Valco Cincinnati's new 300-series miniature, high-speed cold glue dispensing valves can apply extremely short patterns at high machine speeds. An adjustable stroke version also is available to enhance dotting performance. The 300-series valve is suitable for folding carton applications, high-speed graphics and paper converting uses. Valco's signature purge switch is located on the front of the valve and the nozzle size is imprinted on the outside of the tip. The valve can be completely immersed in water for cleaning. Only the spring, plunger and seat are involved with disassembly. A lightweight plunger with a carbide ball seating on the ceramic nozzle tip allows life cycles over one billion. Its stackability complements specialty folder-gluers and other cross-web applications.
