Boise files for initial public offering
Paperboard Packaging, March, 2005
Boise, Idaho -- Boise Cascade Holdings, LLC, filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. Boise intends to apply to have its shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol BCC. The initial public offering is expected to take place later this year.
