The Paiho Group, Dongguan, China, acquires RipnGrip Industries, Inc., the exclusive North American distributors of the Paiho hook and loop product line used by corrugated box manufacturers. Paiho North America, Inc. will retain RipnGrip's sales and management team and add more sales and support personnel in the future.
RipnGrip owner Mark Jacob is now director of marketing for Paiho North America, Inc.
