Conveyor
Wood & Wood Products, Nov, 2006
TKF Inc.
TKF's new Pop-Up Transfer Conveyor lifts items vertically and then conveys them 90 degrees to an adjoining conveyor. The new system utilizes a mechanical linkage to guide lifting. Strands are driven by a motorized roller, eliminating chain drives and resulting in quiet operation. No vertical guides or cam ramps are used for positioning and no slides or bearings are used in its construction, which makes the conveyor easier to maintain.
