Richelieu Hardware Ltd., a Montreal-based distributor and manufacturer of specialty hardware, edgebanding and sheet veneers, reported consolidated sales of $320.2 million for 2004, up 12% from the previous year. Slightly more than half of this growth was attributed to the June 2004 acquisitions of Allied Hardware and Allied Casework Supply.
