Donaldson Co. Inc., the manufacturer of Torit dust collectors, has entered into an agreement with Polymer Group Inc. to use PGI's Durapex nonwoven fabric in its first fit and replacement baghouse line. Durapex was recognized as the most innovative new filtration medium by the American Filtration Society in 2003.
The product was designed to meet the EPA's Ambient Air Quality Standard calling for a limit of 2.5 micrometers for particulate matter.
