O'Sullivan Industries Holdings Inc. of Rowell, GA, announced that its amended plan for reorganization, and emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, was confirmed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. O'Sullivan, which filed for Chapter 11 last October, manufactures ready-to-assemble furniture.
The company said it received a commitment to secure up to $50 million in exit financing from Wachovia Bank.
