izzydesign and its parent company JSJ Corp. of Spring Lake, MI, have completed the acquisition of Jami Inc. and its four furniture brands: Harter, Fixtures Furniture, Zoom Seating and ABCO Office Furniture. Chuck Saylor, founder and president of izzy, will oversee the izzy business as chairman and CEO.

Gregg Masenthin, previously president and CEO of Jami Inc., will serve as president of izzy. Each of the four brands acquired by izzy will continue to pursue its independent brand position.
