Alpena, MI-based Panel Processing Inc., a fabricator and finisher of panel components to the store fixture and display industries with six plants in four states, has purchased Alabama InterForest Corp. of Eufaula, AL. AIF, which operates out of a 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, supplies components for the furniture and cabinet industries in the Southeast.

The company's capabilities includes UV cure and sanding, woodgrain printing, edge foiling, CNC machining profile wrapping and membrane pressing of veneered doors and insert panels.
