New web site details October 'Green' wood conference

WEST LAFAYETTE, IN -- Online registration and information about the "Dollars & Sense of Going Green" Conference are now available at www.greenwoodseminar.com.
The Web site includes an overview of the program, plus details about individual presentations examining the state of the green building products movement in North America. The conference is scheduled for Oct. 28 and 29 at the Downtown Sheraton Hotel in Indianapolis, IN.
"The Dollars & Sense of Going Green" represents a unique summit for hardwood Lumber manufacturers, wood products manufacturers and industry suppliers. The program is being organized by the Department of Forestry at Purdue University and Wood & Wood Products. Nearly a dozen industry associations and government agencies are lending their support for the program.
In addition to days of informative sessions, day one of the conference will conclude with a networking reception featuring tabletop exhibits hosted by representatives of board products, woodworking machinery and other industry suppliers.
