Viacom isn't commenting on reports that it's considering selling Simon & Schuster publishing operation, valued at $4 billion. Viacom acquired publisher as part of $10-billion purchase of Paramount. Viacom and Time Warner, meanwhile, said they completed previously announced sale of jointly owned Cinamerica Theatres to WestStar Holdings. Cinamerica has 62 theaters with 374 screens.
