Satellite Bcstg. & Communications Assn. (SBCA) Pres. Charles Hewitt was expected to endorse 5-year extension of program access rules and inclusion of language ensuring that terrestrial-delivered programs are covered, we're told by SBCA sources. Hewitt was expected to make comments at CES after our deadline.
