LOUISVILLE, KY. -- Pizza Magia, parent of a 40-unit pizza chain, was planning the March launch here of a low-carbohydrate pizza served on an "ultra thin" wheat-based crust. A 9-inch, one-topping pie is expected to sell for $4.99, with four extra toppings for another $1. Other trading markets would introduce the new item later.
