Wixon to introduce new corporate chef at RCA

SAINT FRANCIS, WIS. -- Wixon Inc., a food ingredients innovator, planned to introduce its new corporate chef Jodson McLester at the Research Chefs Association 2008 Annual Conference and Expo in Seattle this month. McLester said he would serve his signature dish of "Floribbean" marinated beef tenderloin with Mandarin-orange chantilly sauce served with Jamaican pineapple-mango vegetable toss.

McLester is a founding member of the RCA and a member of the Institute of Food Technologists and the American Culinary Federation.
