J&W's William Long wins first Creative Clam Challenge

EASTON, MD. -- Sea Watch International and Johnson & Wales University announced the winner of the first Creative Clam Challenge, held at the International Boston Seafood Show. William Long, right, a senior at J&W's Providence, R.I., campus, won first prize for his Clam & Grits recipe. Bob Brenan of Sea Watch presents Long with $2,500.
