U of Denver offers scholarships to MBA hospitality students

DENVER -- The School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver has up to $20,000 per student in scholarship funds available for those pursuing a master of business administration degree in two new areas of study.

Students concentrating on degrees with an emphasis in hospitality property development and asset management or hospitality information technology and electronic business may apply for the scholarships.

The scholarships were made available through the James Garrigues and Janice Waggener McGrew Scholarship Fund. They will be awarded based on community leadership and service. Academic merit and financial need also may be considered in the selection process. Only students who are U.S. citizens by birth are eligible for selection.
