CHICAGO -- The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation has partnered with Harvard Business School Publishing eLearning to launch in April an online leadership and management development program for the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industry.

The partnership will create tools to help improve the leadership skills among unit-level managers. The program will be similar to HBSP's Harvard ManageMentor, an online program that provides managers with resources to help them improve performance. Users of the program include Bradley, Ill.-based Moncial's Pizza Corp.
