NORTHBOROUGH, MASS. -- Bertucci's Corp. said it sold its seven-unit Vinny T's chain to New York-based C&T Restaurant Management LLC to focus on the growth of its core 94-unit chain, Bertucci's Italian Restaurant. Terms were not disclosed. C&T Restaurant Management operates Pomodorino, a casual-dining concept with four locations on Long Island.
