SAN FRANCISCO -- Noted chef Michael Mina, formerly a partner in the locally based Aqua Group, is negotiating to open a restaurant backed by tennis star Andre Agassi in the Westin St. Francis Hotel here later this year, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. The restaurant reportedly would feature fish and meats cooked by woodburning oven, grill and rotisserie.
