Los ANGELES -- California Pizza Kitchen is expanding the distribution of its frozen pizza into Florida, New York and Texas. CPK and Kraft Pizza Co. introduced frozen pizzas in 1998 and now distribute in 17 markets, including Atlanta; Baltimore/Washington, D.C.; Boston; Chicago; Denver; Hawaii; Las Vegas; Los Angeles; and Philadelphia.
