SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. -- P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. said first-quarter revenues rose 35 percent in the first quarter, to $131.6 million, and it expects to meet or beat a previously announced earnings forecast of 24 cents a share for the quarter. Total sales at the company's 84 P.F. Chang's China :Bistro units were $120.7 million, which included a 6.4-percent rise in comparable-store sales for units open at least 18 months.
