PHILADELPHIA -- Aramark Refreshments Services, or ARS, a division of contract foodservice and facilities management company Aramark Corp. based here, said it acquired the office coffee-services business of Davenport, Iowa-based Country Club Coffee. The acquisition brings more than 1,000 additional businesses to Aramark Refreshments' client base.

Country Club provides office coffee service to businesses in eastern Iowa and western Illinois. Country Club's restaurant and waffle businesses were not included in the deal. ARS provides refreshments to more than 100,000 corporate locations throughout North America.
