Dunkin' Donuts sends children to Disney on Ice

Nation's Restaurant News, April 30, 2001

BOSTON -- Area children recently had the chance to see Disney on Ice courtesy of Dunkin' Donuts. As part of its ongoing commitment to the community, Dunkin' Donuts, in partnership with Fleet Center Neighborhood Charities, distributed 10,000 tickets from charitable organizations to youth and children who otherwise would not have had a change to see the show.

Pictured, from left, are: Mickey Mouse; Clayton Turnbull, Dunkin' Donuts franchise owner; Bill Raynor, director of the Boston Parks and Recreation Department; Al Capraro, Dunkin' Donuts franchise owner; Justine Liff, commissioner of the Boston Parks and Recreation Department; and Minnie Mouse. Accepting the donation on behalf of the children are Shanay, left, and Shanelle Walker, in the front row.
