PLANO, TEXAS -- Steak and Ale rolled out 10 low-carbohydrate entrees at its chain of 65 restaurants. The new items, ranging in price from $7.99 to $19.99, include a Smoked Cheddar Burger Au Naturel and Mushroom Stuffed Filet. Entrees on the low-carb menu are served with steamed vegetables rather than potatoes.
