Seafood eatery plans to make an impression with promotion

Nation's Restaurant News, May 3, 2004

SEATTLE -- Ponti Seafood Grill will get artsy in June, offering dishes inspired by an exhibit of Impressionist paintings at the Seattle Art Museum.

The restaurant will feature French-inspired meals and wine in a summer-long promotion that ends Sept. 12, the last day of the museum's Impressionist program. A "Van Gogh's Table" tasting on June 6 will kick off the promotion and pair eight French regional wines with different foods found at a typical French inn.
