Planet Hollywood seals overseas princely pact

ORLANDO, Fla. - Planet Hollywood International Inc. signed an agreement with Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to develop up to 34 Planet Hollywood units in 23 European and Middle Eastern countries.

The deal also gives the prince rights to develop the company's upcoming music concept, Official All Star Cafe, Planet Hollywood Superstores and future concerns. Financial terms were not disclosed though the company said the prince also purchased 1 percent of its common stock.
