Before joining the restaurant, Amateau was the dining-room chef at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. [ldots] Jeffrey Boerst, who was executive sous chef at Chicago's Wyndham Hotel, was appointed executive chef at Tavern on Rush, also in Chicago [ldots] Eric Di Domenico was promoted from sous chef to executive chef at La Caravelle in New York.
