Ex-Bellagio F&B VP O'Shields joins Mandarin

HONG KONG -- W. Bryan O'Shields, 2002 winner of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association's Gold Plate Award, joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as group director of food & beverage worldwide. O'Shields will relocate from San Francisco to Mandarin Oriental's Hong Kong headquarters in June, he said.

O'Shields was vice president of food and beverage at the Bellagio resort in Las Vegas for five years, overseeing the reputed world's largest hotel F&B staff, before he resigned late last year to form a Las Vegas-based consulting finn.
