TAMPA, FLA. -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers football player Derrick Brooks recently paid a visit to Lutz Elementary School to speak to students about the importance of education. The elementary school was the winner of a contest conducted by Red Lobster in its "Fresh Catch" publication. The restaurant chain teamed up with Tampa Tribune News In Education to provide schools with the Fresh Catch periodical, which offers fun and interactive approaches to teaching students about the health benefits of seafood and the discovery of marine life.
