> The cafeteria at Northwest High School in Arlington, Texas, was scheduled to begin serving food from Subway and Pizza Hut this week. The shcool's trustees voted unanimously last month to augment the current cafeteria fare, which is prepared by Aramark, with food from the quick-serve chains. The deal is expected to generate as much as $80,000 a year for the school according to the Fort Worth Star Telecom.
