Aramark Corp. restructure Business Services

PHILADELPHIA - Aramark Corp. has realigned its Business Services division.

The contract company has taken its Business Services, Correctional Services and Refreshment Services entities and grouped them under an umbrella known as Business Services Companies. John Zillmer, former president of Business Dining, has been named president of BSC.

Jim McManus replaces Zilimer as president of Business Dining. He had been president of Refreshment Services. Richard Wyckhoff has been hired to head Refreshment Services and Jack Donovan will continue as president of Correctional Services.

Wyckhoff comes to Aramark from Cuibro Corp., where he was president of the company's Imperial Nursery division.

"The promotions and new appointments are intended to build on the unprecedented levels of growth of both revenue and profit that the unit is experiencing," said Bill Leonard, president and chief operating officer of Aramark.

The company also has hired two new vice presidents of marketing: Elaine Chaney will handle marketing for Campus Services, while Judy Schaefer will work for Sports & Entertainment.

Chaney was vice president of marketing and sales for the Groen Division of Dover Corp., and Schaefer comes to Aramark from Advanta Corp.
