CLIFTON, N.J. -- Chevys Fresh Mex here recently celebrated Cinco deMayo with a party that included two live bands, a tent, food, contests and prizes. The chain estimated that 5,000 people showed up for the gala. The celebration continued for two more days with drink specials and dancing in the restaurant.
