Los ANGELES -- California Pizza Kitchen Inc. hired Cal N. Marsh as director of real estate and promoted Rudy Sugueti, formerly regional director of operations for CPK's LosAngeles/Westside locations, to regional vice president of operations for the West Coast and Hawaii.
Marsh most recently was national director of real estate for the Texas-based Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill chain. CPK said he would be responsible for site selection and market strategies along with Tom Jenneman, the chain's senior vice president of real estate.
