Salt Creek Grille raises nearly $2K for local YMCA

RUMSON, N.J. -- Salt Creek Grille restaurants, with three units in New Jersey and California, each year donates $1 from the proceeds of a specified menu item collected throughout the year to a local charity. The managing partner for each restaurant chooses a charity at the beginning of each fiscal year to receive the money raised.

Steve. Bidgood, managing partner for the Salt Creek Grille unit here, presented a check for, $2,000 to Maureen Fitzgerald, senior vice president of operations for the Community YMCA in Red Bank, N.J.
