RUMSON, N.J. -- Salt Creek Grille restaurants, with three units in New Jersey and California, each year donates $1 from the proceeds of a specified menu item collected throughout the year to a local charity. The managing partner for each restaurant chooses a charity at the beginning of each fiscal year to receive the money raised.
